A floral, fruit-kissed Dutch gin that rewrites the rules of the classic juniper pour.
What it is
Nolet's Silver Dry Gin comes from the Nolet family distillery in Schiedam, the Netherlands, a family business that has been distilling since 1691 and is now run by its eleventh generation. Alongside juniper, the recipe leans on unusual botanicals such as Turkish rose, white peach and raspberry, giving a softer, perfumed style of gin. It is bottled at 95.2 proof (47.6% ABV) in a tall emerald-green bottle that stands out on any bar.
