Items in "Coming Soon & Pre-Orders" are not yet in our warehouse.

  • Your payment is charged when you place the order, and you will receive an order confirmation email right away.
  • The item ships once we receive it from the distributor, and you will get a shipping email with tracking when it ships.
  • Release dates are estimates from the distributor and can change. If we cannot ship within the time stated (or within 30 days if no time is stated), we will email you with the new date and you may cancel for a full refund.
  • If the distributor cancels or short-ships the allocation, we will refund you in full.
  • Otherwise you may cancel a pre-order any time before it ships, subject to our 10% cancellation fee (see Refund Policy).
  • Pre-order items ship separately from in-stock items. The same 21+ adult signature, $250 free-shipping and 12-bottle limits apply.
