What it is
Ilegal Joven is a young mezcal from Mexico, bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV). A very light smoke emerges, disappears and emerges again from behind anise, white pepper and green apple. It is consistently smooth with a lingering heat and distinct notes of espadín agave throughout.
