What it is
George Dickel Barrel Select is a Tennessee whisky bottled at 86 proof (43% ABV). A small number of barrels are chosen by the distiller for their balance and depth, then blended together and charcoal mellowed for a smooth, premium pour.

- Made by George Dickel at Cascade Hollow in Tullahoma, Tennessee
- Charcoal mellowed, with the whisky chilled before it passes through sugar maple charcoal

Tasting notes
- Nose: vanilla, toffee and toasted oak
- Palate: rich and silky, with caramel, baking spice, dried fruit and a hint of charcoal
- Finish: long, smooth and gently sweet
Serving and pairing
Sip neat or with a splash of water, or over one large ice cube. Pairs with grilled steak, smoked brisket, dark chocolate and bread pudding. Store the bottle upright in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
