Our next step was improving the blender element of the whiskey. It's common practice to use Corn Grain (GNS) or Sugarcane rum to fill in the 75%-80% of the spirit's content. We went a step further and decided to oak our Corn Grain and age it similar to traditional whiskey, but with an accelerated process using oak cubes / staves. This resulted in a very whiskey flavor that outshines other blended whiskeys.
Finally a few other industry secret processes are added to round out the pallet and give weight to the product. Our whiskeys do not have any added sugars and any sweetness comes from the aging process.
