A delicate French liqueur made with fresh elderflowers.
What it is
St-Germain is an elderflower liqueur from France, bottled at 40 proof (20% ABV) in a 750 ml bottle. It is made with fresh elderflower blossoms gathered in the late spring, and it is known for its tall, Art Deco–inspired bottle. Floral, lightly sweet and bright, it is a favorite of bartenders for adding a soft, fragrant lift to sparkling wine and gin cocktails.
