Toasted pecans, butter and caramel in a creamy, dessert-style moonshine.
What it is
Ole Smoky Butter Pecan Moonshine is a creamy, flavored moonshine bottled at 35 proof (17.5% ABV). It blends the distillery's moonshine with notes of browned butter, toasted pecan, cream and caramel, tasting a lot like a scoop of butter pecan ice cream. Ole Smoky Distillery opened in 2010 in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, at the edge of the Great Smoky Mountains, and helped bring legal, small-batch moonshine to a wide audience. Its gentle proof makes it a relaxed after-dinner pour.
