What it is
Dewar's 15 Year Old, also known as Special Reserve, is a blended Scotch whisky aged at least 15 years and bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV). It is known for a soft, honeyed character and a gentle oak spice.
Where and how it's made

- A blend of malt and grain whiskies from across Scotland
- Dewar's double-ages its blends, marrying them in oak casks after blending for extra smoothness
Tasting notes
- Nose: heather honey, baked apple and vanilla
- Palate: smooth toffee, honey and soft oak spice
- Finish: long, warm and gently sweet
Serving and pairing
Sip neat or with a splash of water, or enjoy it on the rocks. Pairs with roast pork, honey-glazed ham, aged cheddar and apple desserts. Store the bottle upright in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
