What it is
Código 1530 Blanco is a 100% blue Weber agave tequila, unaged and bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV). It is made from a family recipe in the Jalisco highlands and shows the pure, bright character of the agave.

- Made in Arandas, in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, from 100% blue Weber agave
- Agave is cooked slowly and fermented with natural yeasts, with no additives
- Bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV) in Código 1530's heavy, hand-finished glass bottle
- Unaged, to keep the fresh agave character
Tasting notes
- Nose: fresh agave, citrus and light pepper
- Palate: clean and smooth, with sweet agave, lime zest and a hint of minerality

Serving and pairing
Sip chilled or use it in a margarita, a paloma or a ranch water. Pairs with ceviche, shrimp tacos, guacamole and grilled vegetables. Store the bottle upright in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
