What it is
Cutwater Bali Hai Tiki Dark Rum is a dark rum bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV) in a 750 ml bottle. It takes its name from the famous Bali Hai restaurant on San Diego's Shelter Island.

Tasting notes
- Nose: molasses, brown sugar and vanilla
- Palate: rich and smooth, with caramel, baking spice, dried fruit and toasted oak

Serving and pairing
Use in a Mai Tai, Dark 'n' Stormy or rum punch, or sip on the rocks. Pairs with jerk chicken, pulled pork, coconut shrimp and grilled pineapple. Store the bottle upright in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
