What it is
Casamigos Blanco is a 100% agave tequila bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV) in a 750 ml bottle. It rests for two months before bottling for a soft, smooth profile.
Where and how it's made
- Made from 100% blue Weber agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico
- Agave is slow-roasted in brick ovens and fermented with a proprietary yeast
- Casamigos was founded by George Clooney, Rande Gerber and Mike Meldman
Tasting notes
- Nose: citrus, sweet agave and a hint of vanilla
- Palate: crisp and clean, with agave, citrus and light pepper

Serving and pairing
Sip chilled, or shake into a margarita or Paloma. Pairs with fish tacos, ceviche and guacamole. Store the bottle upright in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
